:::Throw Me A Rope, To Hold Me In Place:::

Well. It is Mom's 42nd birthday today. well. yesterday. but. you know what i mean. Anyways. so we woke up and kind of just relaxed and had tilapea for lunch with broccoli and a few of her other things then for dinner we had Dad's best ribs and potatoes, Texas toast, rice, etc. It was good. The attendees were my mom, of course, my dad, Andrew, Ana, Craig, josh, and john. it was fun for her. we had a cake made and of course it was about 3 times larger than needed, but it was pretty. :) we also got some seedless watermelon and some raspberry ice crystal light. I got here some things from William Sonoma and then also some OPI nail polish from Sephora. Andrew got her a gold necklace with his birthstone and a diamond. (so that she can wear it when she misses him :) so cute. haha.) and yeah... that's about all. i DID, however, paint her car with blue happy birthday paint. :) she liked it i think... idk.

I cleaned out my car today. there wasn't much in it. but. i did have a few receipts and things like that in it. I also washed the windows. which was kind of difficult. because my car is so small. and mostly windows. so it was a lot of work in 100 degree weather. But totally worth it. :)

I'm ready for new things this fall. I'm ready for new friends. new stories. new experiences. new classes. new teachers. just. new things. not that the old things are bad, i just. i don't know. i am a lover of change, which i haven't really had in the past few weeks. which is ok, its good for me, but it doesn't mean that i wont want to try new things and meet new people coming fall time.

well. it is 12:54, and i am going to Sarah's tomorrow to lay out and enjoy the pool and the very warm weather of Arkansas. so i am off to bed. goodnight.

:::Split Screen Sadness:::

In the airport...

So. I flew from Dublin to Atlanta to XNA today. Well,I am not actually to XNA yet, I'm still in Atlanta. Anyways, this day has been SO long. But fun at the same time. So The first flight was 9 hours long. ick. And I had to sit by an elderly couple who were very well. boring. and also very bland. They complained about everything. Going through customs was crazy, so hectic. When something, anything, goes wrong, EVERYBODY tells EVERYBODY about it. I love dogs. I have seen 2 here in Atlanta so far, one sniffing one and one seeing-eye dog. I got so confused when there was a Fayetteville, NC and Fayetteville, AR. i almost went to the wrong gate! :/ but i didnt. thank goodness. :)

I'm home!(i wrote the previous paragraph yesterday in the airport)
well. my class schedule this year is pretty good, i have Introduction to Family Science with Ruth Abbey at 11:30-12:45 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then i have Western Civ. with Trisha Posey at 12-12:50 on MWF, also Introductory Psychology with Johnson on MWF at 1-1:50, then my last class is Intro to Photography which is MWF at 9:00-9:50a.m. so yeah. it should be a good year. :) i wish that photography were at like, 10 or 11 though. that would be nicer. oh well.

I'm watching the match between Federer and Nadal right now with Andrew my brother and Andrew Bradford. It is a GOOD game. they are perfect playmates. they are equally amazing at tennis, which makes for a great match. i really don't know who i am going for, they are both so good and both deserve it.

mmk. gotta go make sandwiches for lunch.
