Paul Newman

Paul Newman passed away on Friday.

This makes me sad.

Paul Newman, a screen hero for more than half a century and the head of a philanthropic food empire for the past 25 years, has died. He was 83. Famed for his intense blue eyes, his love of car racing and one of the coolest demeanors ever to heat up the silver screen, Newman was nominated for Oscars ten times.

...sigh...

It's a Saturday night in Siloam Springs and I have nothing to do. Of course, homework is out of the question right now. I'm in the dorm (Mayfield), and I'm just laying down on my bed listening to music and relaxing. It's good, and I had planned nothing tonight on purpose so that I could just take a breath and have some alone time, but I feel like I should be doing something with my time. I think that partly because I am always non-stop busy, I have forgotten what it is like to relax.
Tomorrow I am watching some football game at the house with some friends, so that will be fun. Even though I don't even know who is playing. sigh...

I miss Northern Ireland.

so im not having a good day today. :(
just a lot of things have happened/are happening that just suck. and im not going to write them down, because in a week i hopefully will have forgotten about them. thats the goal... im hoping that things get better soon. i really just want this year to go well and to work out. the whole boy subject has been strange this year too. and i hope that i don't have to go through all this kind of stuff ever again. i want everyone to grow up and move on from this high school crap.

anyways. whatever. im hanging out with one of my best friends, mollie mashburn at 5 and Lauren Thompson at 4:30. so thats fun. well. im out.
